Fitness Boxing Classes in Stowmarket
Fitness boxing classes at NRG Fitness are a fun and effective way to workout. Participants preform various simple combinations on punchbags throughout the class. In addition to the punch combinations you will also perform abdominal, cardio and leg exercises that will provide you with a full body workout. No two classes are ever the same, as combinations and exercise selections are always varied. Classes are always finished with a four minute Tabata HIIT section. We do recommend bringing your own boxing gloves but we do have a limited number of sets that we can lend out.
